About VNA Garment

A manufacturer that also takes responsibility for managing the order.

VNA Garment is an apparel manufacturer, not a trading intermediary. We operate our own factory floor — which is exactly why we don’t pretend one floor can do everything well.

What we’ve added on top of production is the part most factories don’t have: an independent QC team, in-house merchandisers who work directly with buyers, and a network of specialist partner factories. That combination lets us accept an order, run it, and stay accountable for it through to the loaded container.

The Structure

Own production, extended by a specialist network.

A single factory is limited by its own equipment and skill set. A pure trading company has no production of its own to stand behind. We deliberately sit in neither position.

Our own factory

1,500 m²

60+ workers, running continuously. This is a working production floor we manage day to day — the reason our merchandisers can read a line, cost a seam honestly, and tell you when a delivery date is realistic rather than optimistic.

Partner network

30+ factories

Most floors — including ours — are genuinely strong at only two or three product lines. Rather than force every order through one line, we route it to whichever factory is actually set up for it.

The Teams Behind Your Order

Production alone isn’t enough. These are the parts that make it manageable.

Merchandising

Your direct point of contact. Translates your specification into internal standards, quotes the order, reports progress, and handles export documentation — in English, on your schedule.

Quality Control

An inspection team that does not report to production. They work on our own floor and on site at partner factories, so no factory is ever left to self-report on your order.

Sourcing

Fabric, trims, hardware and labels sourced and approved before bulk purchase — with options presented for comparison rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.

Production Planning

Decides which floor in the network your order belongs on, and holds the schedule across it — including reallocating capacity when a deadline is at risk.

Fit

Who we’re built for — and who we’re honestly not.

Good fit

  • You have a product already selling and need a reliable second source
  • You need flexible minimums to test before scaling
  • You want one accountable partner for fabric, production, QC and export documents
  • You’d rather hear an honest “no” than an optimistic yes

Not our strength

  • Design studio work — we make to your specification, we don’t set trends
  • One-off custom pieces with no prospect of repeat
  • Orders where price is the only criterion that matters
  • Orders that require unrealistic lead times or compromises on quality standards

Markets

Where our buyers ship to.

United States

Our primary focus — particularly sellers and brands moving high-exposure SKUs out of China while keeping the product itself unchanged.

European Union

Vietnam’s trade agreements with the EU make it a natural destination, with tariff treatment that works in a buyer’s favour on most apparel categories.

Gulf & Middle East

An emerging route for us following the Vietnam–UAE trade agreement, which removed duties on the large majority of Vietnamese goods.

Australia & Southern Hemisphere

Counter-seasonal production: orders placed in our low season arrive as their summer selling period begins.

Start with a question, not a commitment.

Send a product and a quantity — a photo or description is enough. You’ll get an honest feasibility answer, a costed quote, and a realistic delivery date.
