Proto → Fit → Salesman → Pre-Production
Each round comes back with technical documentation, not verbal notes. Bulk cutting begins only after the Pre-Production sample is formally approved by your team in written confirmation.

Your order is produced on the line best suited to it — our own floor or a specialist partner — with our independent QC team inspecting at every stage, not the factory reporting on itself.

Sourced against your composition, weight and hand-feel requirements, with mill options presented for comparison rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.
Zippers, buttons, drawcords and hardware sourced and quality-approved before bulk purchase, with substitution options identified in advance.
Care labels, hangtags and packaging produced to your artwork and market’s labeling requirements, checked against your packing manual.
Lab testing arranged through third-party labs — chemical safety, colorfastness and physical durability documented before shipment.
