For Established Brands

Development that starts at the fabric, not the sample room.

When a collection is still an idea, the hard part isn’t sewing it — it’s finding the right fabric, the right trim supplier, and a manufacturer who will hold the standard through every revision. We handle all of it under one roof, and take responsibility for the outcome to the end.

Development Process

From concept to bulk, with your approval at every gate.

Nothing advances to the next stage without your written sign-off. This is the same gated process we apply to buyers with the strictest standards in the industry.

01

Concept & Costing

Tech pack review · Feasibility · Target-price analysis

We review your design against real production constraints and return an honest costed breakdown — including where a spec change could protect your margin without compromising the design intent.

02

Material Sourcing

Fabric · Trims · Hardware · Labels

We source and present multiple options per component, with lab-test data and pricing side by side, so the trade-off between cost, hand-feel and compliance is yours to make — not ours to make quietly.

03

Sampling Rounds

Proto → Fit → Salesman → Pre-Production

Each round comes back with technical documentation, not verbal notes. Bulk cutting begins only after the Pre-Production sample is approved by your team in writing.

04

Production & Inspection

Allocated across our factory network

Your order is produced on the line best suited to it — our own floor or a specialist partner — with our independent QC team inspecting at every stage, not the factory reporting on itself.

All-In Material Sourcing

One partner for every component, not a chain of separate vendors.

Most delays in development aren’t sewing delays — they’re a trim supplier who went quiet, or a fabric mill that quoted a lead time it couldn’t hold. We own that risk instead of passing it to you.

Fabric

Sourced against your composition, weight and hand-feel requirements, with mill options presented for comparison rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.

Trims & Hardware

Zippers, buttons, drawcords and hardware sourced and quality-approved before bulk purchase, with substitution options identified in advance.

Labels & Packaging

Care labels, hangtags and packaging produced to your artwork and market’s labeling requirements, checked against your packing manual.

Compliance Testing

Lab testing arranged through third-party labs — chemical safety, colorfastness and physical durability documented before shipment.

Design Protection

Your design does not leave the room it was shared in.

What we commit to before you send anything

Sharing an unreleased design with a manufacturer in another country is a real risk, and it deserves a real answer rather than a reassuring sentence. Here is what we put in writing:

  • Mutual NDA signed before any tech pack is received
  • Designs never shown as samples to other buyers
  • Patterns and markers remain your property
  • Named individuals only — no open circulation
  • Leftover fabric and rejects handled to your instruction
  • No production overruns sold into other channels

Compliance & Certification

Where we stand on audit standards, stated plainly.

Retail buyers need to know this before the first conversation, not after the first sample. We would rather tell you exactly where we are than imply more than we hold.

BSCI WRAP Sedex / SMETA OEKO-TEX ISO 9001

Our compliance approach is built around internationally recognized standards for quality, workplace responsibility, product safety and responsible manufacturing. Certification status is reviewed and documented carefully, with audit records and supporting evidence maintained for buyer verification. We believe transparent compliance information helps customers assess our capabilities confidently before production begins.

Send us the concept. We’ll tell you honestly what it costs to make well.
